We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from GTBicycles.com for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase in accordance with our return policy below.
Details
- The bike or part must be in its original packaging to receive a 100% refund.
- If product is unused but protective packaging has been removed or has major damage, we will refund 75% of the order.
- We do not accept returns on apparel.
- Please allow for 7-10 days to process the return and issue refund.
*Protective packaging includes: foam, cardboard, zip ties, plastic axle covers, warning decals and reflectors.
